Warranty & Return Policy.

All package returned must be accompanied by the original receipt, all packaging, manuals, accessories in the original manufacturer equipped box.

If there is any damage/damages during shipment/warranty period of 1 year, we shall replace the item bought at our own cost of shipping. We guarantee that all products ship are in brand new and original seal boxes with 1 year international warranty.

Unopened package.

Original condition (brand new, NEVER touch, no scratch, as in the condition as we ship).

Missing accessories - any missing accessories from the original manufacturer box will be subject to 15% restocking fee of the item price. Customers are responsible to ensure and return everything in the package.

No return will be accepted other than the above reasons. Customers must contact us before returning any items or else the shipment will not be accepted. No shipping fee is refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy.

Customers (You) may cancel the order anytime before ship out. There will be a penalty fee of 15% of the item price for all orders cancelled. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped, you are responsible to pay for shipping fees (both ways) and 15% restocking fee of the item price.

Payment.

Dacomet Communications Ltd accepts payment via Western Union Money Transfer or Money gram Money Transfer provided your total amount order is below $2,000 (US dollar) while all orders amounting $2,000 or above is accepted through Bank wire transfer.

All payment is to be send to our warehouse cashier where the shipment will be carried out as well.


Shipping Policy.

Most orders are shipped same day after payment confirmation. if an order could not be shipped during this period, you will be contacted and informed the reason for such situation.

We ship all products from our warehouse factory through UPS, DHL, EMS, FEDEX, etc. The delivery period will depend on the country we are shipping to or where the buyer require us to drop ship to. We will let you know how many days it will take before you receive the package after we receive your inquiry order and address.

Need it Fast? Your package are guaranteed to ship the same day or the next business day after payment is received! (Excludes Sundays & Holidays), this depend on the time of day we receive the payment.

NOTE: The tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after the payment is cleared and the shipment is done.
